LIVE: Protesters march through Berlin for International Women’s Day

Protesters gather in front of the representation of the European Commission for an International Women’s Day march through Berlin on Monday, March 8. The demonstration was called under the slogan ’Our life, our resistance, break the silence, break the system.’ Apart from protesting gender inequality and showing general support for women, protesters are also demonstrating against the EU’s migration and refugee policies, as well as Germany’s rescue package for Lufthansa during the pandemic.
