2009 Cadillac STS adding a spare Prox via onboard programming

For obvious reasons, AD Tech support does not support the manufacturer’s onboard procedure. This is strictly here as a courtesy because if you have working proximity or bladed key there’s no reason to use a programmer if adding spares.
