LIVE NOW: Supreme Court Takes on Purdue Pharma Bankruptcy Settlement

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday is taking on a challenge to the legality of OxyContin maker Purdue Pharma’s controversial bankruptcy settlement. Under the deal, Purdue Pharma would no longer exist and a new company, Knoa Pharma, would be created in its place.
