3D Printing Theophylline tablet

This is a demonstration for fabricating theophylline tablet (commonly used in the management of asthma) using Fused Deposition Modelling 3D printer (Makerbot Replicator 2X). Dr Mohamed Albed Alhnan from the School of Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences alongside his team developed a drug-polymer filament system that can replace the original filaments in a 3-D printer.
