Creamy apple pie (no yeast)

Ingredients 700 gr. apple (golden) 2 eggs (medium size) 110 gr. milk 50 gr. butter 70 gr. sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Process Set on the slow fire milk and the milk boils and butter has melted stop fire and let it cool. In the meantime peel the apples and cut them to a thickness of one millimiter. Set them aside and squeeze a lemon juice over it. In a bol whip the eggs whit sugar, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Add the flour and a sachet of vanilla. Mix the apples with the dough. Greese a 22 cm. cake tin and sprinkle with sugar, add the dough and sprinkle the top whit a little sugar. It makes a beautiful crust. Place it in the preheated static oven at 190° for 45 minutes about.
