God’s sign for Georgian peace?

RT’s bureau in Georgia has acquired this mobile phone footage. The strange crucifix-shaped image was reportedly seen in the town of Mtskheta in the country’s east in late November. Some locals believe it was a sign from God conveying the message of peace and conciliation after the riots in Tbilisi.
