45 MIN FULL BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT | Pyramid Training
FULL BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT - Bored of your traditional strength training workouts? Bring some intensity to your routine with this challenging pyramid workout designed to help you build and burn.
You’ll need a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this pyramid weight training. I used a set of 7kg 10kg dumbbell but you may lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level
We’ll be working through each exercise using the following time scheme:
Set 1: 20 secs work/20 secs rest
Set 2: 40 secs work/20 secs rest
Set 3: 60 secs work/20 secs rest
Set 4: 40 secs work/20 secs rest
Set 5: 20 secs work/20 secs rest
