Band holds memorial concert after Moscow attack

A Soviet-era Russian rock-band Picnic, whose concert in Crocus city hall near Moscow last week was attacked by gunmen, staged a memorial show in St. Petersburg on Wednesday (March 27). The official toll from the attack now stands at 140 dead and 182 wounded.
