Blue Origin bounces back with New Shepard flight NS-24 15 months after failure
PICTURE PERFECT: New Shepard flight NS-24 flew a suborbital uncrewed cargo mission with launch from BlueOrigin W Texas site at about 1643 UTC, apogee 107.1 km and flight time 10m7s. The company returned to flight after 15 months with the #NS24 mission carried 33 science and research payloads as well as 38,000 clubforfuture postcards to space and successfully landed back to Earth.
Blue Origin successfully completed its return to flight mission Tuesday morning. Its New Shepard rocket had 33 payloads in tow as it lifted off from Van Horn, Texas at about 10:43 am CST (1643 UTC). The company expects to return to crewed flights “soon.“
