- 150 -200 gram Protein daging terserah
- 1 Wortel / Carrot
- 60 Gram Jamur kuping
- 60 Gram Jamur Shitake
- 4 Siung bawang putih / 1 Sdm Penuh Garlic in Oil
- 2 sdt chicken powder
- 1 sdt lada putih
- 2 Sdm kecap manis
- 2 sdm saus tiram
- 1 sdm kecap asin
- 5 sdm minyak wijen
- 1 sdt gula
- garam terakhir secukupnya jika diperlukan!
- 2 telur di dadar
- daun bawang iris
- biji wijen
