Venezuelans protest Maduro government amid unrest in country

Protesters in Venezuela hurled various objects at police and chanted slogans on Wednesday as thousands turned out for protests against the Nicolas Maduro government. This week, the U.S. officially recognized Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido as the country’s interim president. Maduro was inaugurated to a second term earlier this month.
