Metallica – The Day That Never Comes in Hamburg, May 2023

James and Rob rocking out to The Day That Never Comes in Hamburg on the 28th May, 2023. We’re pretty sure this was the 180th time the song had been played live. It’s so much better live than on record (Death Magnetic was spoiled by terrible production/mastering) even though Hetfield has messed up the intro so many times he now has to play it sitting on a stool. We saw it again – the 193rd time it was performed live – in Copenhagen earlier this month and we’re hoping to see it again In Warsaw soon. #Metallica #MetallicaFamily
