Class IV restoration with G ænial A’CHORD with steps by Radoslav Asparuhov

Class IV composite restoration with G-ænial A’CHORD - - simple and fast In this video Dr. Asparuhov from Bulgaria shows a clear and fast step by step procedure for a class IV composite restoration using GC materials. He starts with placing a rubber dam and a Teflon tape to achieve proper isolation. Then he proceeds with selective etching and applies the universal bonding agent G-Premio BOND. Following manufacturer’s instructions, he blows hard and light cures for 10 seconds. Then he builds the palatal wall using a silicone key and G-ænial A’CHORD in shade JE. After building the shell, he places a sectional matrix and a wedge and he proceeds to build the proximal wall. Once light cured, he removes them and continues with adding the second layer using the A02 as a dentin replacement shade. With a probe he models the composite to create the effect of embrasures. He then places A2 as the main body shade and shapes it with a brush and a probe similarly to before. Finally, he
