Barrel

This video features my process of constructing a pair of barrels from wood that I harvested and milled. Nearly every step in the process required a special tool, jig or template. Finding very little information on how to make a barrel, I used a wine barrel stave to obtain a pattern which I then cut out of aluminum plate to make a routing jig for the staves.
