A little visual taste of what you can expect doing a tour of Hobbiton, Matamata, New Zaealand. Of course, footage and photos don’t usually do justice to the real experience (especially in this case). Our guide was great and fun and presented the tour in a relaxed fashion and offers a load of interesting facts about Hobbiton. The entire tour we took was 2 hours, including a stop at the Green Dragon Inn for drinks and snacks - there are other options available. The tour of Hobbiton is breathtaking and highly recommended.
