I still can’t believe we slept here... Welcome to Oman, one of the least talked about countries in the world. I still don’t know why, it’s an amazing country. During our roadtrip in Oman, we discovered an AirBNB listing for an abandoned 500 year old stone house on the cliff face of the Akhdar mountains. I booked that room so fast... It was no doubt going to be one of the most epic stays of our life... but next was getting there. Little did Eva Zu Beck and I know, that this was going to be a little more of an adventure than we had expected, and found ourselves pushing ourselves through a 30cm crack in the earth the next day.
