板豆腐 200克、干香菇 15克、食用油 1汤匙、姜 2片、
酱油 1汤匙、冰糖 3克、花椒 ½汤匙、八角 1颗、
香葉 1片、桂皮 1克、清水 250毫升、
寿司米 300克、藜麦 20克、清水 500毫升、
米醋 30毫升、糖 14克、盐 2克、寿司海苔、
鳄梨 150 克、盐 ¼茶匙、黑胡椒 ¼茶匙、橄榄油 1茶匙

Rice vinegar 30ml, sugar 14g, salt 2g, Sushi Nori,
Avocado 150g, Salt ¼tsp, black pepper ¼tsp, olive oil 1tsp
