FBI-NLP-Color Harassment-Psychological Warfare

Update : Forgot to share this unlisted link from New Mexico . I was harassed at the University of New Mexico Law Library in the same manner I was harassed at the Tarlton Law Library in Austin Texas while conducting legal research. It appears these groups use sting ray technology since my ismi catcher would go off in excess of 100 times in a day. . The harassment has been experienced at 4 libraries in Austin , Texas. One officer when he was showed the video footage he was so scared he said I dont want to expose them. I dont need those problems. So I am relocating due to harassment so I can hopefully discover that these rouge groups stop so I can return back to work and live a healthy life. The harassment where I lived was also documented to be coming from Citizens Corps and its stakeholders these people drive black suvs and wear suits and some have hats worn by the Northern Command on video. The harassment at libraries started in my early 20’s and had been documented even in my 40’s to this very day ! You would be shocked to see what agencies own these vehicles and I am not saying right now. Perhaps that will be for a future video. Part 2 The guys in the red vehicle wore black t shirts and have a FBI logo on there vehicle. Part 3 Understanding NLP / Psychological Warfare Supported By Dept. of Justice / DHS and Fusion Centers. At 42 seconds and 46 seconds you can see two people on bikes wearing red shirts. I feel that NLP tactics are being used on me. I find the color coordination and my past encounters with the FBI to be presistant in 3 states. A FBI vehicle is recorded at the end of the video. It is 2018 and I have been harassed non stop for 2 years almost daily. I left Alburquerque , New Mexico due to the persistant harassment back in 2015. Here is what they did to me in New Mexico daily I also noticed they work with an agency called Dept. of Homeland Security. It appears the same crap Julia Davis went through I am going through. This Youtube channel shows pretty much my harassment from Texas. I have been harassed and threatened non stop here in Austin ,Texas. This is a great video for people wanting to understand FBI NLP Tactics. Stay strong fellow T.I’s . Update: The next day I went for a walk to this gas station and I had a person pass by me wearing a full suit and earpiece like a federal agent wearing even dress shoes in extremely hot temperatures that made a odd sound as he passed by me the exact moment then biked excessive fast afterwards. I heard these odd sounds later that day from 40 other people during the day.. I truly believe that my harassment is tied to more than one agency but multiple groups that work as stakeholders to conduct highly secretive street theatre tactics. Also not that the FBI is allowed to conduct psychological Warfare on U.S soil. By Dept. of Defense isn’t allowed but they do through the U.S Army ,defense contractors etc. Actually a few depts do . Hopefully the U.S Armys buddies at RAND can help them to see the harm its causing our nation .
