Modern Arnis basics: exploring sinawali frameworks

Continuing on from my last sinawali basics video, let’s look at some extensions using different chamber/guard/start, single-stick, prefixes, suffixes, inserts, and combinations. I wrap it all up with an eight count sinawali that puts several of those concepts together. This is the second of 3 videos that explore sinawali possibilities.
