’Snowy Morning Coming Down’ was written during a record-breaking Tennessee snowstorm, as I stood within a concrete-floored pool atrium, looking out at the world through a wall of windows, the room bouncing back a current of natural reverb. To mimic the natural effect of this moment of inspiration, I recorded the melody for this song inside the reverb chamber at Cash Cabin Studio.. which also happens to have the added mojo of a piece of tile that once lined the walls of the Echo Chamber at Abbey Road Studios
