Kensington is a dangerous, poorest neighborhood in Philadelphia; drugs, crime, robberies, gangs, and prostitution are out of control. A gang of thugs almost attacked me, mistaking me for a cop. There is violence in this neighborhood every single day despite police patrolling the neighborhood on foot.
