Bach: Well-Tempered Clavier Book II - Prelude No. 12. BWV 881. Évelyne Crochet, piano. 4k

In my opinion, one of the most beautiful preludes in all of Bach’s magnum opus: The Well-Tempered Clavier. Here, Évelyne Crochet performs the prelude at quite a slower tempo than is usual among other contemporary pianists - and for me, it works wonderfully. I hope you enjoy it. The smallest resolved craters in this image are around 6 km (3.7 miles) in diameter. By comparison, Aristoteles, the large, terraced lunar impact crater which rises fully (left of centre at 1:42 ) is 87 km (54 miles) in diameter. The long scar SW of Aristoteles is known as the Alpine Valley (Vallis Alpes). It bisects the Montes Alpes range and extends 166 km from the Mare Imbrium basin, trending east-northeast to the edge of the Mare Frigoris. The valley is narrow at both ends and widens to a maximum width of about 10
