Shooting Panorama on Glass Dry Plates | 100+ year-old Kodak Brownie Camera | Landscape Photography
In this video I return to the forest with 10x16cm glass Dry Plates loaded in a restored Kodak Brownie camera from 1916. The forest I walk through is very dear to my heart as this is where I grew up and spent the majority of my childhood. I am constantly on the look for anything that would attract my attention. Final vertical panorama I took consists of long and super tall spruce trees that are lifting high up into the fog. It seems like they are literally touching clouds. I am very pleased with the final results and the shot I made will for sure become a part of my forest panorama series. Video continues in my container darkroom where I develop the plate and explain a bit more about how to develop Dry Plates including developing times and chemicals that I use. And to wrap it all up I announce the winner of last week’s giveaway that will receive a beautiful cyanotype contact print I made!
