They are offered assistance by a motorist who turns out to be one of two escaped convicts involved in a kidnapping scheme gone wrong. The nuns are taken hostage as the kidnappers attempt to use one of them to collect ransom money. Tension mounts as the captives struggle to outwit their captors in a dangerous game of survival. Directed by Jud Taylor and featuring Robert Conrad, Carol Lynley, and Lee Majors, this suspenseful film keeps the audience guessing without revealing too much.
