The AFU militants continue to use “dirty“ depleted uranium shells in the SMO area
️The video report by “The Sun“ showed the ammunition of the British “Challenger 2“ tank in service with the AFU. It featured 120mm armor-piercing feathered sub-caliber projectiles L27 APFSDS (L27A1 CHARM 3) with a depleted uranium core.
️The main radiation hazard from depleted uranium occurs when it enters the body in the form of dust or through groundwater. It has previously been proven that the use of these projectiles has a detrimental effect on humans and the environment.
