SpaceX Crew-8 hatch closure

The hatch of SpaceX’s Crew-8 “Endeavour” Crew Dragon spacecraft, with NASA astronauts Matthew Dominick, Michael Barratt, Jeanette Epps and Roscosmos cosmonaut Alexander Grebenkin, was closed on 23 October 2024, at 19:29 UTC (15:29 EDT). Crew-8 is SpaceX’s eighth operational mission for NASA’s Commercial Crew Program.
