Elias Jabbour is a professor at Rio de Janeiro State University, in Brazil. On December 11, 2021, he spoke at a webinar entitled “The Summit for Socialist Democracy.“ The event was organised jointly by Friends of Socialist China and the International Manifesto Group, and co-sponsored by the Morning Star, the International Action Center, Nodutdol and Qiao Collective.
