Terraria - Boss - Skeletron/Old Man with Zapinator

THIS ITEM IS NO LONGER OBTAINABLE IN GAME I was just walking a nice road when I stumbled upon this odd looking old man, I decided to speak to him and he said that I need to come back at night, so I did. He turned into a Skeletron!!
