Motorists Hit Back (1959)

Title reads: “Motorists hit back!“ Germany. Pan from German policeman’s face to his notebook where he in writing down a number of a parked car. He walks towards the Volkswagen Karmann Ghia car and places a ticket on the windscreen. M/S policeman walking towards another parked car. Panning shot policeman approaching car with notebook in hand, but just as he is about to note the number down, he looks down and sees a pair of legs sticking out from beneath the front of the car. C/U of protruding legs. Policeman turns and walks away as he thinks the man is having mechanical trouble. The car owner approaches and puts his shopping in the car. Panning shot as he walks round to the front of the car and picks the legs up - they are the lower half of a window dummy. The owner places the dummy legs in the back of his car.
