Old Rusty Wrench Restoration 1961’s USSR, Volgograd

Hello folks! Today I want to show you, how to restore rusty wrench. I bought it in flea market for $2. Firstly in my tool box there was no such wrench and second I decided to record the new restoration project. The seller told me, that wrench was made in Volgograd at tolls factory in 1961 years.
