Professional chef Alan Delgado and home cook Emily are swapping ingredients and hitting the kitchen to make loaded french fries. We set esteemed home cook Emily up with $170 worth of supplies - everything she’d need to make Alan’s intricate recipe. Meanwhile, a modest $13 worth of ingredients was sent back the other way to be elevated into something gourmet.
