**Ingredients:**
- 18 Gullac leaves
- 5 liters of milk
- 1 kg sugar (for syrup)
- 500 grams sugar (for cheese filling)
- 2 liters of milk (for cheese)
- Unsalted cheese
- 150 grams of margarine or butter
- Lemon juice
- Vanilla powder
- Salt
**Steps:**
1. **Prepare the Syrup:**
- In a pot, combine 1 liter of milk with 1 kg of sugar.
- Mix and bring to a boil until the sugar dissolves.
- Add vanilla powder and set aside.
2. **Prepare the Cheese Filling:**
- In another pot, boil 5 liters of milk.
- Once boiled, add lemon juice and salt to curdle the milk.
- Let it sit without stirring until the milk curdles.
