25 Min LEGS & Glutes Dumbbell Workout | No Repeat | Follow Along
In this 25 Min LEGS & Glutes Dumbbell Workout | No Repeat | Follow Along , we will engage in 26 movements targeting the legs and glutes. Most of the exercises are compound movements, focusing on the major muscles of the human body, making the intensity high. Each movement will be performed for 40 seconds, with 15- and 20-second rest intervals in between.
The dumbbells that I am using are:
2x18kg (Red color on the screen)
2x10kg (yellow color on the screen)
The Gear that I am using:
You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells and the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2-3 rounds.
