Taiwan Flaunts New Warships & Mine Laying Systems During Navy Drill Amid Tensions With China

Taiwan has showcased some of its indigenously-built warships at an event designed to send a message to China. Taipei’s warships participated in the naval drill conducted on January 7. The naval drill comes after Taiwan’s air force flew newly inducted F-16 vipers as part of war-simulation exercise on January 5.
