Traditional French Knife: Laguiole en Aubrac

In this video I’m taking a look at a famous traditional French knife. The Laguiole was born in 1829 and is deeply rooted in the culture of shepherds, farmers and cattlemen in the region around the small village Laguiole in Southern France.
