Zucchini & Tahini Dip / “Caviar de Courgette“ / Zucchini Sauce - Recipe # 158

Easy recipe fir a zucchini dip with garlic, mint, tahini and olive oil! This cold zucchini sauce will make your guests go nuts and ask for the recipe 😉😉 Ingredients for 4-6 persons: 4 medium zucchinis 2 cloves of garlic a handful of fresh mint 2 tbsp tahin juice of 1 lemon olive oil (for the zucchini slices for blending the dip) salt & pepper - Roast the zucchini slices in a pre-heated oven at 360 deg.
