Rising death toll and growing desperation in flood zone

The death toll rose to more than 200 in states devastated by Hurricane Helene and the flooding that followed. Search and rescue and relief operations continued amid growing desperation among people who haven’t seen loved ones in almost a week and those in need of water and food. NBC News’ Sam Brock reports.
