The “El Gigante“ PB&J Burger Challenge

For stop 4 on our road trip, Randy and I found ourselves at The Pennant in Topeka, Kansas to face off against their massive “El Gigante“ PB&J Burger Challenge! Brave diners at The Pennant have only 30 minutes to finish a burger patty topped with Thai Peanut Sauce, Wildberry jam, and maple smoked bacon sandwiched between a football shaped house-made bun along with a one pound side of fries in order to win themselves a groovy t-shirt and a spot up on The Pennant’s Wall of Fame. I enjoyed one of the Pennant’s famous Tutti Frutti Milkshakes along with my meal, which was an absolute DELIGHT!
