International Jazz Festival «SibJazzFest-2016» The International Festival SibJazzFest is the biggest jazz project of Novosibirsk state philharmonic society. The program of SibJazzFest of this year includes concerts on the big stage, concerts in the jazz loft of Arnold Kats concert hall, as well as the traditional final jam session.
