It’s an exciting time for wolves — it’s the season of romance!
This year, the Wolf Conservation Center is home to three potential breeding pairs, including red wolves Jacques (M2152) and Sage (F2601).
Jacques and Sage might be the newest couple at the WCC, but their playful and flirtatious behavior reminds us that love can happen at first sight – or sniff!
The Wolf Conservation Center (WCC), is a 501c3 non-profit organization in South Salem, NY. The WCC is one of a network of facilities participating in the Red Wolf SAFE program (Saving Animals From Extinction) - a national initiative that supports the reestablishment of red wolves in the wild through captive breeding, public education, and research.
