‘In a day, we detected, defused and destroyed about 50 anti-tank mines,’ remembers sapper Evgeny Yashchenko, speaking about one of the toughest days in his deployment to Donbass. Together with his squad, he cleared Mariupol and its surroundings. The sappers find lots of mines in residential areas.
