We start off with a quick warm up and get ready for 20 minutes of ALL STANDING CARDIO💦HIIT to BURN🔥FAT before hitting the mat for another 20 minutes of ALL MAT BODYWEIGHT💪🏼STRENGTH TRAINING ABS session to thoroughly work through our🪨ABS & CORE for that shredded sixpack⚡️A quick active stretch is going to polish off the muscles✨
