Local Council Steps Up

Today I want to bring you an important update about the two letters I wrote to the Prime Minister regarding the alarming scientific report confirming excessive DNA contamination in Australian vials of Covid-19 vaccines. The letters called for an immediate suspension of Covid-19 mRNA vaccines pending an urgent investigation into the reported contamination and significant safety concerns, highlighted by the fifty-two co-signatories made up of eminent doctors, scientists and legal experts. These letters were copied to every sitting member and senator of the federal parliament, the TGA and the Human Rights Commissioner. We then shared this information with all Australians. The letters and report have been picked up around Australia and overseas, but one courageous Australian council has been first to step up to the plate. In a special meeting convened at Port Hedland Council in Western Australia, a motion has been successfully passed to write to the Prime Minister, local healthcare providers and every single local council in Australia to warn them of this issue. Port Hedland – known as the engine room of Australia - has a big heart and strong people. Listening to the public statements by community members who have suffered terribly from significant illness, sudden cancers and unexpected deaths, was truly heart-wrenching. These community members are calling for answers – answers which all Australian deserve. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all involved in bringing this to the attention of the people of Port Hedland including Councillor Adrian McRae and Councillor Camilo Blanco and the tireless work of former barrister Julian Gillespie in bringing these documents together. I’ll leave the final words to Cr McRae who so eloquently stated: “We cannot afford to delay. We must investigate and we must protect those who may be at risk.” That’s justice as I see it.
