Uranus & Mars conjunction - August 2022. Planets through a telescope, binoculars and the naked eye.

At the beginning of August 2022, we have another planetary meeting of this year in the sky. Mars and Uranus are so close in the sky that they can be seen together through binoculars or a small telescope. Using a larger telescope, you can already see the first details of the surface of Mars (the distance to Mars is getting smaller every day and soon we will have a better view of this red planet). You can see Mars with the naked eye without any problems. If you have perfect eyesight and perfect observation conditions, you have a chance to spot Uranus as well. In this video I also show that even with a small telescope you can capture the two largest moons of Uranus - Titania and Oberon! The equipment I used: Camera: Sony a6400 Telescope: WO GT 71 II FLAT6AIII (335 mm, f / 4.7) Second telescope: GSO 8“ F/4 2x Barlow lens 10mm eyepiece #Conjunction #Conjunction2022 #Mars #Uranus #UranusAndMars #planets #A6400 #sonya6400 #telescope #MrSuperMole
