Alexander Alexandrov - Honored Artist of Russian Federation, a professor at the Academy of Music. Gnessin.
He graduated from the piano and theory faculty of the Odessa State Conservatory, and then the symphony conducting faculty in Kiev.
He worked with the Symphony Orchestra, toured as a soloist, has recorded several records as a soloist, especially known as an interpreter of keyboard music of the XVIII century.
Much of his life devoted to the art of teaching. Among his pupils a galaxy of prominent Soviet musicians.
Since 1988, professor of international courses of higher artistic skill memory Rachmaninov in Tambov.
Alexander Alexandrov (1927, Odessa - 2004, Moscow) - Russian pianist and music teacher.
He graduated from the Odessa Conservatory as a pianist and later studied at the Faculty of symphonic conducting the Kiev Conservatory. According to the memoirs of conductor Vadim Gnedasha, was one of the first Soviet artists Variations on a Theme of Paganini by Sergei Rachmaninoff.
In 1951-1978 years. taught at the Kiev Conservatory, head of the department of the piano. He then worked in Moscow, was a professor and chair of the piano and musical Gnessin Pedagogical Institute in Moscow.
