Last August, Katrina Bookman said she won millions on the “Sphinx Lot Machine.“ but her joy was short-lived when officials told her the machine had malfunctioned and she didn’t actually win, referring to a disclaimer on the machine which states, “Malfunction voids all pays and plays.“ The casino offered Katrina a steak, which she refused.
