Frank James CAUGHT After Crime Stoppers Tip | NBC New York

Someone called the NYPD’s tip line to report seeing someone matching the suspected Brooklyn subway shooter’s description in a McDonald’s in the area where he was caught, officials said. Frank James wasn’t there when cops responded to the call, but they drove around and eventually spotted him on the street corner. He didn’t resist. James will be charged by a federal complaint in Brooklyn with one count of knowingly committing a violent attack with a dangerous weapon, with the intent to cause death and serious bodily injury to New York City transit riders, authorities said.
