I don’t know much about this recording, not even the date, although I believe it to be around 1968-1970. The words of the song are set to two very well known tunes, of which this is one. The title is often translated into English as ’Monotonously RIngs the Little Bell’. but I don’t think this quite captures the meaning. It is literally correct but the word in English has come to mean something other than ’a single note’.
