#cold snare polypectomy in a patient with esophageal varices and #congestive gastropathy

A 65-year-old woman underwent upper digestive endoscopy as a follow-up endotherapy for esophageal varices. the scope revealed esophageal varices grade I and 2 small gastric polyps in the body of the stomach proximal to the incisura at 5 and 8 clocks. cold snare polypectomy was done for both polyps with minimal bleeding at the site of the polypectomy
