first read. the story is based on that Katherine wake up in Hell, and the first thing she has to face with that STEFAN killed her. The only one who she ever loved stabbed her. She is scared, shocked and she has hallucinations, she need to face with her past where Stefan was there and loved realize that he lied to her. Hell is a scary damned place. She wants to get back.
